Run the “Music” app on your iPad or iPhone device.
Click “For You.”
Select the “Account” sign in the upper right corner of the display.
Click “Upgrade to Family Plan.”

Launch your “Music” app or open iTunes, if using macOS Mojave or earlier.
Tap on “Account” at Menu Bar.
Choose the option “View My Account” and sign in if you are asked to do it.
Tap “Manage” side to the “Subscriptions.”
Choose “Edit” on the side of Apple Music subscription.
Tap on “Cancel Subscription.”
Now “Confirm” the cancellation.
